USA VISA

Application Process:

  • To get approval at the earliest apply to an SEVP approved institution prior to 6 to 12 before taking admission to study in the US.
  • It is mandatory to receive this approval in order to receive the I-20 or DS-160, which is later required to obtain a student visa.
  • Before submitting your US visa application, pay the SEVIS fee. Payments may be made online or on a paper form.
  • On the SEVP official website of US Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE), you can find information about them.
  • Upon receiving your SEVIS form and paying the SEVIS fee, you can schedule an appointment with a US consulate or embassy in your country. This appointment will enable you to apply for a US student visa.
  • Apply for a visa and pay the fee. The MRV fee is also referred to as the Machine Readable Visa Fee.

UK VISA

Application Process:

  • You can apply for a student visa once you receive your CAS from the university you have applied to.
  • Determine the type of visa you are applying for (short term or tier-4)
  • Attend the visa interview.
  • Get your health checkups done.
  • You need to pay an immigration health surcharge if you are planning to stay in the UK for more than 6 months.
  • After filling in your visa application, send in your biometric information.
  • Minimum visa processing time is 3 weeks or more based on your application.

  • Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS) from the university you have applied to.
  • You are required to know 4 languages (Read, Write, Understand, and Speak).

AUSTRALIA VISA

Application Process:

  • A tourist visa is required if you plan to take a short-term course of 6 to 12 weeks. However, for longer-term studies, you will require an Australian Student Visa.
  • You will be offered admittance after being chosen by the university. You must pay your fees for the course.
  • Your Visa Process now begins online after you create an account on the Australian Immigration Website.
  • To apply for a Subclass 500 Student Visa, you must have all of your documentation in digital format.
  • Fill out your online application form, including your COE number and country code. Your application could take up to 125 days to complete. As a result, you should apply as soon as possible.
  • You must pay the Visa fee of AUD 620 to obtain your TRN number, once your application is complete, 
  • In this phase, you must get a medical examination.

Application Process:

  • It is quite easy to obtain a student visa for France. Here are the steps to take:
  • Open a Campus France account.
  • Fill in the form and upload the required documents. Pay the fee required.
  • Depending on your profile, the university may either accept or reject your application. You will receive an email from your campus account if your application is approved.
  • Campus France will schedule an appointment for an academic interview.
  • Attend a visa interview in person with all the necessary documents.
  • You will be given a certificate upon completing the interview.
  • Schedule an appointment with VFS-France to submit all the documents.
  • To get your visa approved, give your biometric details at the VFS Centre.
  • Before flying to your destination city, find suitable accommodation.
  • After arriving in France, your visa will be validated within 3 months.
